Localization has been greatly improved in MOUL. The xml based system Cyan used there seems much easier. Ironically though, after all that work MOUL was released in English only! :o

i moved my URU folder to the desktop (i'm using Vista), I installed Drizzle 16, converted the MOUL files, and downloaded the offline KI , URU plays fine by the offline KI and it's features don't show up at all.

any ideas of what went wrong?

That is the wrong way. FIRST you need to move your URU-Installation to the desktop and THEN you can use Drizzle for converting, downloading and installing the Patches and ages.
The word "vegetarian" has an Indian origin and can be translated as: "the one who is too dumb to hunt".

Das Wort "Vegetarier" hat einen indianischen Ursprung und bedeutet übersetzt "Der zu blöd zum Jagen ist".

Is it just a shortcut on your Desktop, or is it actually the folder? I know I've made that mistake before.

So when you start Uru, and type "/info" what happens? Does that text even show up on screen?

The next version of the Offline KI is available :) . 2.6.2 brings you the following changes:

- Added some cheating commands: /getzandoni (thanks to Dustin!), /getgzmarker, /getjourneys, /growtree, /shrinktree and /getyeeshapages
- Added some commands which might be useful for age developers: /getsdl, /setsdl and /link
- The Todelmer Pod link now registers in the Pod book in Relto
- The puzzle in Eder Delin and Eder Tsogal works now (thanks to Dustin!)
- Added /quit command (Dustin insisted on it to be added ;-) )

I hope everything works for you :)

i copied my uru folder and put it on my desktop. i'm positive it's not a shortcut.

i set the pots folder to the location on the desktop, the files have been altered with drizzle, but nothing changes in the game.

no text shows up on the screen when i type, i'm using a file i've had for a while with most of the game completed, could that be causing any problems?

Did you install the Offline-KI again after having moved Uru, using the new location?

I seem to recall that Delin or Tsogal or both crash if your language isn't set to English.
