Okay, you're using the current working version of Java that hasn't been pushed out to everyone yet, so it's newer than the version on my computer. That shouldn't be a problem though. Try using the .bat file:
http://rapidshare.de/files/46496378/Drizzle18b.bat.html Put it in the same folder as Drizzle18b.jar and start this .bat file. Let me know if that works, and if not, let me know what it says in the dox box.

Thank you so much it works, absolutely brilliant. Downloaded latest KI, Drizzle fine again.

Great! I guess what might have happened was that there were two versions of Java installed, and it was trying to open it with the older one. (That Goo Tool thing may have changed the default.)
