If I were to install Uru CC and Drizzle on a computer with no internet access, is there a way to get Drizzle to recognize the "agearchives" folder (then unzip and install the ages from the "agearchives" folder) without going online to get the latest list?

Yes, that should be all you need. Oh, and on the UAM tab, check "Load last saved list on startup", then restart Drizzle. Then it should use the uam.status.xml file in the agearchives folder. I hope it works for you!
