If you go to Advanced->CommandLine and hit the Help button, it shows what you can do. In particular it lists:
-pullintextures c:/inputfile.prp c:/texturefile.prp c:/outfolder ->Pulls in the textures a prp file uses.
This is useful, for example, for people using 3dsmax to create Ahra Pahts shells. Because those people cannot have a separate prp file.
All the command-line things can be done from the command-line *or* from the gui using this tab. (These things are intended for advanced users, so there's no nice gui for them.) Just fill out the fields as such:
command: -pullintextures
arg1: c:\inputfile.prp
arg2: c:\texturefile.prp
arg3: c:\outfolder\
(Note that the outfolder can be the folder the inputfile.prp is in, in which case it should simply overwrite it.)
