Drizzle27 problem with DI Shard

Not sure this is the right area but here is my problem.

I am trying to convert Myst V files, for the DI Shard, in drizzle27. I've done as drizzle has asked since i have Vista and here is the error i am getting:

You need to move (not copy) your DI installation to an user folder. Please read this instructions.

It's an issue with Uru and WindowsVista/Windows7. These instructions for the Uam shard should also work for the DI shard: http://alcugs.almlys.org/Uam/Shard/Troubleshooting (see the Vista/Win7 section)
