My Windows is 32 bit.
The screenshot is exactly what I have, except that my product is 1.6.0_25, as I have found this version to work on another laptop.
Grasping a straws, is it possible there's a registry entry which is not being removed when I uninstall which is maybe why it works on one laptop and not the other?
