Is there a Client in the works? Or are we gonna be stuck with having to build our own?

There's a client build bundled with the max plugin. I just updated it, so if you grab the new version you should be all set.

Please note that testing new ages on Cyan's server is a good way to break things, so /don't do that/

No I meant for connecting to shards. I thought the plclient wouldn't connect to anything but MoulAgain. Not MOSS, CWE, or Dirtsand shards. Correct me if I am wrong.

One of the first things we did was create an ini file format to define shard information, so you don't have to recompile the client for every shard. It is whatdoyousee encrypted. Just replace "server.ini" with the one for the shard you want to connect to. Hopefully your shard admin can figure it out. If you're setting up your own shard and you need help creating it, join us in IRC and we'll try to help.

Ouch which means having to hunt down where each server is at and trying to get a the needed file.

Any server that's using the H'uru fork will already have a server.ini that you can plug in. If they're using the Cyan or OU code versions, you'll have to ask them for the info (or extract it from their client build).
