I've been hearing rumors of something called Korman in development. Are the rumors true and if so, how's it going?

There is a plugin called Korman being developed, but it's on indefinite hiatus for now since the main developer (a.k.a Tsar Hoikas) currently doesn't have time for it - and neither do any of the other developers.
