It was because Dustin slammed the door when he left the community. I don't want to debate on the whys of that. For quite a time, there was a long letter on the now closed wiki hosted by Dustin explaining his reasons.

I FINALLY got Drizzle to work with windows 10,,, however, the conversion of MOUL doesn't work because it says it needs a tos.txt file? Myst V and Crowthistle work fine... I know I used to have a tos.txt file BEFORE the openuru migration.. I've checked my MOUL folder, and no tos.txt.... any ideas?

I don't know if you already tried it, but maybe you can create a dummy tos.txt file in your MOUL folder. It's mostly a useless file, but it's Drizzle way of ensuring people don't use the wrong Uru folders.
