Help Needed with Building Plasma Client/ Server...

The compiled plClient.exe should be in the "client" folder inside of the zip file you downloaded from GitHub.

(I already copied the avi, dat, and sfx into the MOUL-OS folder and copied and renamed the example_server.ini file, by the way.)

Also, when I tried to create a shortcut, there weren't any quotation marks in the target field. The instructions explicitly said there would be. Can you please offer some guidance?

Oh! It looks like you grabbed the one of the "external" zip files -- be sure to download the one called plasma-windows-x86-internal-release. It has plClient.exe.

Quotation marks are only needed if any folder or filename has a space in it. Since you don't have any spaces, I think we can leave out the quotation marks.

It says add /LocalData on the instructions, but when i enter that in the property box, it keeps saying it's not valid....

Also, I don't think I did the server_ini file correctly. I copied it from the Plasma repository.... Is that right?

I copied a file that said example_server, but that might not be right....
