Unable to Login

I'm not sure whether the forum etiquette here would have required me to post this under one of the existing threads, so if so, sorry! In any case, I created a forum account and have attempted to log in to the Gehn Shard, but keep getting the message:

Authentication Failed. Please try again.
Incorrect password.
Make sure CAPS LOCK is not on.

I'm certain that my password is correct--I am using the same username and password there as I did to make this post. Is the server experiencing difficulties? Is there something I'm missing?
