Happy 10 years of H'uru/Plasma!

Changes in this build:
  • Add /roll command for rolling n-sided die/dice
  • Add latest revisions of all fan Ages from Doobes
  • Allow KI commands to match player names without regard to case
  • Change out most of the guts
  • Fix /p KI command to not be case sensitive
  • Fix Er'cana harvester position issues if Age empties while in motion
  • Fix issue whereby the bahro would fill the server error log with nonsense if they were smoking in Relto
  • Fix many goofy colliders in several Ages, especially Ae'gura
  • Fix many memory leaks
  • Fix Neighborhood clock globe animation
  • Fix Relto hut dark mode
  • Fix remote players not placing hand on book before linking out
  • Fix shroomie gate state being toggled (on re-link) if the power is off
  • Fix spurious noises in the Teledahn workroom
  • Fix working line obliteration issue when accessing chat history
  • Improved output of some KI commands
  • Migrate to publicly auditable build process
  • Update from PhysX 2.6 to PhysX 4.1
  • Update from Python 2.7 to Python 3.9
  • Synthesize gravity

This release of the Gehn Shard moves to a publicly auditable build process on GitHub actions and includes all the latest under-the-hood improvements geared toward cross-platform goodness. This of course means that there is no way that the above change log is exhaustive. Note that avatar physics is now more like what you experienced in Path of the Shell - hopefully there are no more jagged edges remaining ;)

Well done everyone for the latest update! So much work :o :geek:

Great to see fixes including for the dark hut bug. 8-)

The new physics take a bit of getting used to, even after trying them on TrollLand - the increased risk falling off the end of Tokotah Alley being a pet peeve at the moment, as well as multiple tries to jump onto the rock in the Hood to get the islands relto page. But they could be (and were) so much worse :lol:

I am still finding, as I did in TrollLand, that when I use the wardrobe, leaving it makes me drop onto the island from a height, and then go into a grey limbo that I have to use my relto book to escape. But using /saveclothing and /loadclothing mean I don't need to use the wardrobe :D

I note that VeeTsah on Gehn doesn't have the cannen. I also note that you don't have Serene on Gehn. And you have kept your original access route to Tre'bivdil.

More to test and explore :D

I believe Hoikas simply has to flip the SDL switch for that one.

I am again having problems crossing the fish baskets - so it wasn't a one-off in TrollLand. The avvie seems to slide down between the river bank and the basket and then gets stuck and panic links. I have tried moving the basket, stepping off in a slightly different place etc, but so far I can't make it across. I'll carry on trying :evil:

So - quitting the game and restarting it fixed the issue. I have no idea why :lol:

I think the physics behavior is still up for adjustment, but it's very, very picky. I've been providing examples in discord and GitHub, so yeah.

Cleft: Looks as if Zandi sprayed the area with Roundup. Much of the brush and many of the bushes are gone.

Cannot use Baskets to cross water in Eder Kemo. Always fall in the stream this side of the basket.
Other physics problems
Teledhan: If you want to use the caller at the end of the dock for Shroomie more than once, you have to back up a step each time
Eder Guira: I don't know If I will ever get the jump to grab the page there.

Hi, I've had this experience a couple of times, but I have found closing down the game and restarting it somehow fixes the problem! Try it and see if it works for you too!

OK, restarting the game fixed the basket problem
But now, I've got a new one. Every time I change clothes and click Explore Uru, I fly down to Relto from above, then through, then the screen goes mud color. I have to EndTask
