If I correctly understand J'Kla correctly, Our errors may be the same.
When I have 'crashed to desktop' involuntarily, without an action on my part, I received this error:
When I 'crashed to desktop' as a result of a mouse click to my Relto, I received this error:
(I only see these message boxes when I run Ghen in a window. When I am not in a window, I crash to desktop with no return info.)
I hope this helps.

Try running in windowed mode. Sometimes error dialogs don't work properly in fullscreen mode.

Posted: Mon Feb 06, 2012 8:34 amThat error usually means that your MOULa installation wasn't fully patched when you installed Gehn. Delete TOS.txt from your MOULagain install to force a repatch, then copy the MOULa dat/ over the Gehn dat/.

On Windows Vista/7, this is %LOCALAPPDATA%\Uru - Gehn Shard\Log\patcher.0.elf
On Windows XP, it's %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Uru - Gehn Shard\Log\patcher.0.elf
Email the file to branan (at) gmail (dot) com OR if you have an elf decrypter you can decrypt it and post the contents here.
