Hi,

I visited the Phil's Relto earlier today and I never saw the vest left on the shelf in his hut

Ditto.
I found no vest in Phil's Relto.

Looks like the Age SDL isn't being loaded. I'll figure out what's wrong and create an issue for it.

Edit: Found the problem. Apparently Cyan's servers are a bit more permissive of case mismatch in the SDL files than dirtsand. I'm submitting a fix for this.
