I am unable to Locate Eder Delin

other than the Bahro Stones I wish to collect all 13 feathers which are located in

7 plain - in Eder Gira,
1 red - in Eder Delin,
1 blue - in Dereno,
1 black - in Payiferen,
1 silver - in Er'cana,
1 duck - in Jalak Dador and
1 large Rukh in Ahnonay (the Citadel)

as you can, see before I can get the other 5 feathers I need the red feather from Eder Delin

This requires neighborhood randomization to be implemented. It will happen, but it's considered lower-priority than making sure game mechanics are all working and the server is stable.

The 'hood garden randomizations should be working, so perhaps you've been unlucky. If the problem persists, let us know.
