Green Ledge marker above the alley in the city was not working for me.

When you try a Great Zero Calibration mission, it seems like the timer has started when you are at the viewer. However, you can confirm that it's not working (or likewise find out when it is fixed, I think) by immediately looking back into the viewer after backing away from it. You will see the timer is not running and the missions appear to be "re-set".
