I have not found out anywhere if the Feb. sparklie in Kadish has been turned on as it was not tonight.

None of them are currently available. We were waiting until the server was stable and a few SDL tools are ready before starting the cycle.

As of this posting, the sparklys are still not appearing anywhere.

The server is now stable. The tools are not yet complete.
