From 0230 Hrs CST to 0400 Hrs CST I was unable to gain access to the shard - I seem to lock up at the screen Checking for Patcher Update
then starting at 0405 Hrs it changed to Initializing Patcher

Haha... this is really great ... Just in this very moment I was about to upload
my exactly same screen to Photobucket which isn't necessary anymore now that
you've provided it, Wam ...

Yeah, I just wanted to get and pass through my Negilahn portal when I found
that I couldn't log onto the Shard and was reminded of Branan's request to post
that here along with the time which was in my time 10:49 to 11:00 am GMT+1,
when I tried it, which is 02:49 to 03:00 am KI time for your convenience to convert
it to your server time, Branan ... Will try it later again (next portal in about an hour,
Dereno) ...

I didn't progress to the 'Initializing Patcher' status as Wam did btw...

I've pinged the admins in IRC, but I think everyone's asleep, so it may be a while before it's back up. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I know exactly what caused this outage, and it'll be fixed in the next update.

As of 2:30 PM EST it is messed up again. I got on and the tent was missing from the city, plus the pod age books were missing. Was kicked off, and have not been able to get back on .

yes, the city SDL is currently broken but should be restored by friday's update.

Oh, my, you're right, omj, just saw your message, logged in very easily, linked to my hood
and to the Nexus, but then I couldn't even link into the city (Tokotah was my destination,
wanted to see the missing resp. not missing tent lol)... got a black screen and had to shut
down Uru through my task manager ...

It looks like the city gamehost is hung with a couple of stale connections. I have a fix for this ready to go in Gehn.3. I'm going to restart the server now, and hopefully won't have to do so again until Gehn.3 goes live.

EDIT: restarted. I was able to link to the city, although the broken states are still broken. Expect them to be fixed in Gehn.3 as well.
