Is this a completely fresh city section or did it come in part by Cyan (old content never used).

If it is new, I wanted the writer to be aware (it's possible that this is intentional):

There are no spaces in the text on the central walls.

Also, how are the D'ni people supposed to leave this place? A nexus book might be in order.

The Nexus book the D'ni people used to leave was probably lost, destroyed, or even never installed (I'm unsure of whether the Gallery was in use at the time of The Fall), and a new one has yet to be placed.
