I do not know if this bug is anywhere else but I looked and did not see it. I have the ghen shard downloaded but every time I log in and it goes to a blank screen where it says updating then all of sudden I get Uruexplorer.exe not respoding program has to close. Is this something something on my laptop or the shard?

Did you copy both the dat and sfx folders from your MO:ULa installation to your Gehn Shard installation?
EDIT: I doubt this is it, just checking.

No but I running on Hp Pavilion dv6-3124nr Entertiment notebook if this helps.

Uhm, you absolutely need to copy both folders to your Gehn Shard folder; if these are not present in the folder, Uru will not be able to run.

If that does not help, can you compress (ZIP) the contents of your Gehn Shard log folder and upload them as an attachment for us to look at? You should find them in C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Uru - Gehn Shard\Log (assuming I recall the Windows XP folder structure correctly...)

running administration does not work and copy the folders does not work. Running on windows 7 with The Movies game and MOULa.

found something inters testing. I left clicked the the ghen shard and did trouble shooting and and when it goes to run the program I get error no.server.ini file found please check uru instillation.
