Is the ghen shard still down because I can log in MOULa fine but on the ghen I'm stuck on installing patcher.

Personally - I have had no problems in logging on to the Gehn Shard, matter of fact I just logged off..
Have you installed the new file?? see

uninstalled and reinstalling ghen shard now getting this error opening file for writing C:/Program files (x86) ghen shard/Uru laucher.exe click abort the instailltion, retry or ingore and skip this file.

fixed the problem i had to switch the server and it did the trick for now.
