I've made sure my MOULA files are current & copied to the Gehn folder, the launcher is permanently set for Run as Admin. I've never had any trouble with launching the program before. What am I missing? Am I missing anything?
I've got a killer migraine adding to my confusion--have I simply overlooked a setting or file or something? It HAS been a while since I logged in to the game, but i did install Gehn .10 fine with no problems. Should I go ahead and dump it & reinstall?

You might have to replace your server.ini file.

to do so just right click server.ini then click save target as in your Gehn 10 Folder. If you wish to read Tsar Hoikas' post
