stuck at "logging into Uru" screen

I'm getting further than I was this morning but still can't log in. This time I get to the "Welcome to the Gehn Shard" login screen and then get the small "logging into URU please wait" box - and get no further. I've checked for zombie launchers, and not found any.

Whoops. Looks like the database blew up. I've restarted it and made sure the shard actually works.
