Fehn's House.. am I missing something?

I can't seem to use the linking book in Fehn's house or go to any of the other areas described in the journal. The door won't open. Am I missing something?

No, you're not missing something. The doorway is indeed blocked and the Linking Book indeed does not work. This version of Fehnir House is slightly different from the UruCC one in that the Linking panel in UruCC showed a creepy poison handprint over the image, making it clear that someone had deliberately Linked the poison through to that Age too.
Since the handprint is not there on Gehn, perhaps we can hope to Link to that Age in the future (I believe it is Ahry'ahn, the Age mentioned in Fehnir's journal).

There's always the possibility to change it for the next update. Anyway they will have to fix the leeking of texture & colour of your stainglass onto the book of Tre'bivdil

It's not a bug it's a feature!
Tweak if you send the right one, they probably could patch if fast, all they would need is the time.

I wondered about the lack of the handprint, but assumed it was intentional since you said you had been working on an updated version of the room.

The original version indeed has a large book with hand print.
I then built a temporary build for myself which had a new smaller book (which would eventually lead to Ahryahn) with some other fixes for old bugs which is the version I accidentally passed on.
I then made yet another build which significantly changes a lot of the room (how it was constructed, lighting, textures, etc) as well as progressing some story elements. That version is still on my PC waiting for me to have the time to finish and release it.
