Bug Report: File not found during updating

I want to start the Gehn Shard for the very first time.
When I start the URU Launcher and URU wants to update, a message appears: File not found on server: dat/CleftItalian.loc.gz
Then the Launcher exits.
Uru Gehn is version 1.16, URU live is 1.918
