Gehn shard will not let login

Have you tried deleting the TOS.txt file from your MOULa install, completely updating your MOULa install, then reinstalling the Gehn Shard?

yes still tells me missing file

I had a look at this today and found that the database got a little bit confused and forgot how many accounts it's made. I believe I have corrected this issue, so logging out and back in on the forum should properly create your Gehn Shard account. If not, please let me know.

Hi, I've been trying on an off for a couple of months to login, but it's still not working. I've tried everything I can think of, uninstalling the program, re-installing, re-downloading and re-installing, logging out and in to the Forum many times, changing my password. Nothing has changed. Still gives me the Authentication Failed, Incorrect Password message.

Are you entering your username in the Account Name field, or are you using your email address? Do not use your email address, use your account name.

Yes, I am entering my user name, I log in here and into the program the same way (though, of course I tried entering my email as well). I can login here, and not there. Thanks for the input, though.
