Authentication failure

Hi,
I hope that someone could help me here. I have used the Gehn Shard Installer on my Laptop (Win 8) and on my PC (Win 7). Everytime I start the game everything is fine (checking for updates, connects to Server). But when I log in it says that "Authentication failed. Please try again later". I have uninstalled the game and installed again so many times. I don`t know what to do anymore...
If anyone could help me here - would be great. I am also on the DI Shard and there is no such problem.

Try logging out and back into the forum--this action synchronizes your password with the shard. Also, make sure that your password is less than 16 characters. Long passwords aren't supported by MOULa, and we are unfortunately still maintaining comparability with that.

Mmmmhhh...
My new Password has 13 characters. "Authentication failed"... I Forget to mention that I tried the repair button. When I tried this, a window opens and it says "whatdoyouseeA (and then a lot of !§?ß/&%*~). That is all that happens.
Hope there is a way to get me in.

Make sure you're changing the password in the forum, not on the main site. All passwords are pulled from the forum database.
