I cannot find the GZ linking book anywhere!! I can't get there to register my KI. Someone please help.

Have you checked your Nexus city link list? On most shards, the GZ book is in the hood book rooms but on Gehn this book was swapped for one linking to Tre'bivdil. IIRC, adding the GZ book to the Nexus was the workaround here.

Yes, it's not in my Nexus. That's the problem. I talked to another, Cabal, and it's not in his nexus either. I even ran the repair tool and did a complete reinstall of the game. Still no Great Zero link anywhere.

Hi and welcome BellaD, I just looked into my Nexus with an avatar with which I haven't done the journey yet (janaba5) and found the 'Great Zero Observation' link there, so, this hasn't sth to do with that one ...

As I still had one avatar slot available I've created a very new one, janaba4 lol, I've seen you in my neighbor's list btw, Bella, but this time I also have no 'GZ Observation' link in my Nexus ... So, now you all know, dear H'Uru team, it really seems it secretly vanished from that linking panel resp. refuses to appear for new explorers lol ...

Hi, thank you, and thanks for looking into this. We've spent hours looking for a linking book. I saw you this morning too, briefly Hope we get the link back soon. The markers are one of the best parts to the game.

It's not a workaround, but an intentional fix. The GZ belongs in the City links, and having a D'ni book linking from the cavern to the cavern is a violation of D'ni linking rules. Cyan should never have added it that way, and we fixed the oversight.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a new bug right now in that the GZ Observation link which should be in everyone's Nexus is not being added correctly for new explorers. I've just confirmed it myself with a testing explorer. I'll attempt to look into this problem.

can you unfix the oversight so new folks like myself can get to the bz? role playing is one thing. but intentionally breaking the game for new folks is not something I think should be endorsed.

Thank you for your input. As I stated, this a bug that has only recently appeared. I'm sorry that it has affected you. We will endeavor to fix the bug as soon as the cause is identified. There is no need to be rude, as such responses are not constructive.

No one intentionally broke the game; suggesting that the shard admins have willingly done so is a baffling stance.

Meanwhile, I would be more than happy to personally escort you directly to the GZ Observation Chamber if you see me online so that you may continue to play despite the Nexus being uncooperative.

Me! Me! Take me! lol No one has been able to invite me to their GZ.

Just steal a Great Zero book from the Nexus machine and carry it with you while linking to a neighborhood?
