Shard Status Update Request November 27th

So it appears the shard is down(accoding too peoples sigs) is there an update or did something crash?

When we update, we change the Shard Status post to reflect that (and generally announce it ahead of time). If none of those things have happened, it's a safe bet the downtime is unplanned.

It took me a bit of time to get it restarted because of the US holiday--but I did get it done the same day
