Earlier today I went to open Gehn Shard to make sure everything is working ok before todays big event with the GZ activation. When I launched Gehn there was an update downloaded, when it was done, I logged in, accepted the EULA, the screen went blank like normal, but after several seconds, it crashed with an error message. "UrU has experienced a serious error and needs to close. Please submit your log folder to the developers". I first tried rebooting Windows 7, no luck, I then tried re installing Gehn Shard, still no luck. I next tried it on my wife's computer, also a Win 7 desktop, same resault, update, login, EULA, crash with the same error message. I'm not sure where the log folder is to submit it, I was unabel to find it.
Is there any way to fix this before todays event? We are really looking forward to seeing the GZ activation.
