Error starting Gehn - patcher executable issue

This afternoon when I tried to run Gehn I get a 'Failed to delete oldpatcher executable!'. How do I fix this?
I am running Gehn on a Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit OS. Gehn is installed in the 'Program Files (x86) folder.
I tried to add an attachment screenshot but I keep getting this error:
Could not upload attachment to ./files/7784_72ef8e0b14cec4169876b7f69f2824b5
