Bug: Authentication Failed

I tried logging in and get this following error.

Authentication Failed: Incorrect Password. Make sure CAP LOCKS is not on.

I am 100% sure that the user name and password I am using are the same ones that I use to log in here with. I am logging in with my username, not my email. Any idea what's going on?

Is your password over 15 characters, perchance? I seem to recall a bug with long passwords that I'm not certain ever got fixed 100%

I now have a new error that goes like this..

---------------------------
UruGehn Error
---------------------------
Update Failed: kNetErrFileNotFound
GameData/GlobalClothing_District_Female.prp.gz
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

No clue what the heck is going on here.

We're not allowed to host Cyan content files on our server, so the game is complaining that your data doesn't match ours, but it can't download a replacement. You can fix this by running the Gehn Shard repair tool found in the start menu. You might have to run it a few times to get everything -- sometimes Cyan's server won't let you download everything :|

Just installed, Login failed same as the first, "Authentication failed...". Password is less than fifteen characters, and login worked here and has been working in Deep Island Shard just fine. I almost used the "Need an account?" button, but stopped before completing the process when I realized that might mean a superfluous account here, and you don't need that.

Please advise,

Theo

Then, no sooner than I post this, it seems to work just fine! I was tempted to simply delete this post, but I think you deserve my additional datum point in the set.
