I am trying to get my friend signed up so that he an I can play together but when is in the account creations area, he fills in all the information including the answer to the question at the bottom but when clicks submit it tells him he has to answer the question.

What is he doing wrong?

I'm not sure what set of questions the forum is using, but for the one I see there are a couple of different ways to answer (of increasing accuracy). I'm not sure which format it's expecting, so I'd suggest trying a few variations.
