Hi there, new to the game, big fan of myst. Read all the books, own the magazines, know the story pretty well but i could use a refresher course

Anyhow, do i need to own URU in any regard? Or any other content other than the download for Gehnshard? I was able to create my account, download the shard files, game opens up, i see the cyan intro, but its followed up by this update error. Let me know what you think.

Hi, and welcome to Gehn!

It looks like your client didn't patch up entirely before launching. You'll need to run the Repair shortcut found in your Start Menu. It will download the missing files and get you all ready to explore!
