Hello, I am having trouble logging into the Gehn shard. I created a username and password but the authentification fails each time I enter them to login. Unfortunately this also seemed to happen with my URU account, and the admin finally had to do it from their end. I am hoping there may be an easier solution to this?

I assume you were able to figure this out? I see successful login attempts from you after a series of consecutive failures.
