Hi, I am new here, but I am having trouble logging in. It keeps saying that my password is wrong. I have checked several times, and its not wrong, nor is my caps-lock on.

It looks like your login details haven't synchronized with Gehn yet. For this to happen, log out of the forum and log back in. Additionally, make sure that you use your forum username as the account name, not your email address.

I'm having the same issue. I'm on an iMac using a wrapper Korov'ev made for me. I have no trouble logging into the forum or getting onto Deep Island, it is only the Gehn shard. And we have tried many, many times.

Attached is the screenshot of the error message. We tried Hoikas' suggestion of logging in and then logging out of the forum but that didn't fix it. Any ideas? /thx

I do not see any login requests from your account on the server. Maybe check to see if an overzealous firewall or security solution is defeating your attempts to login.

This also seems to happen if your password is too long. I was getting the same error with a longer password (32 characters, I think?) until I changed my password into a shorter one (13 characters).

I always go to the server logs and check:
- did they log in using their email address?
- did the server find the account?

if those checks pass, it's always:
- make your password shorter

I cant loggin in im still having the same issue
