I will do, indeed! =)
I've also noticed the old wiki link (wiki.guildofwriters.com) no longer works, either. Gets a a connection timed out, last time I tried it.

The wiki.guildwriters.com link has been an on again off again thing for some time. Several posts have been made on it. I am assuming that they get it fixed and them something happens to cause it to break again.

Anyways try guildwriters.com/wiki/ instead. It works when the other does not.

For those who have problems connecting to the Wiki page, try refreshing the web "no connection" error page. ;)

I'm compelled to take up the "view active topics" (not "view new posts") issue for not-logged-in viewers again.

Can the current state really be the correct behaviour?

Shouldn't any visitor, regular and guest both, get a list of all non-restricted topics with recent posts?

Oh and thanks for providing the service. :7

I just tried it and got the same result from View Active Topics as when I was logged in...

Hmm... *accessing*.. Ehm, humm, I guess I do too...

However, the only topics I get are from the libplasma section and this Global announcements one, none of the other threads that people are posting to gets listed. Maybe something with proxy caches on my end...

Yeah, I just noticed the same behaviour.
Only global announcements and liblPlasma topics are appearing in the "Active Topics" page.

It was interesting to note that "Show Active Topics" for nearly every forum was disabled... I'm not sure if that happened during the move (unlikely) or if it was somehow done in the creation of the forums. The issue is corrected nonetheless.

I am also pleased to say that in the week and few days since the migration, there has not been a single registration from a spammer or spam bot. The activation queue is empty.
