Site Upgrades

Shorah Writers,

The admin team has been busy this weekend working on some site upgrades. The new main page and wiki are already live.

The wiki has been reorganized, but there's a lot of content that still needs to be brought up to standards. If everyone pitches in, we're confident that there can be good, up-to-date tutorials for all aspects of age creation.

Additionally, a new main page has been installed. This will bring with it the capability for better artist and developer journals in the near future.

You may need to delete your cookies in order to log in to the forums again. We're sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you.

Thanks!

After browsing the wiki a bit, I got a suggestion: Could you maybe change the stylesheet so that links are easier to notice? The only difference is a very slight change of text colour, which I find very hard to notice. I keep moving the mouse over text to check whether it is really a link. This is especially true for pages marked as visited - and I don't think these should be less visible than the others, since the content might have change or I might want to find them again.

The forum's theme seems...out of place with the new homepage theme. Any chance it could be upgraded?

It's on the list of things to do when we have time and energy. The same people who work on the website also work on tools like PyPRP, and now the engine code itself. We have to prioritize things.
