Update: I made another version available, 08H, with the following fixes:

• README.TXT file now contains a link to a GoW Wiki page
• Shell111's ladder in the green column in the 3rd position now works correctly (thanks, diafero!)
• When outer lever of Shell111 is pulled with the wrong combination, it resets all the other marks and doors, thereby resetting the puzzle.

He never got back to me. From the maintainer thread, it looks like he's still working out a few kinks.
