The concerns raised by the members are valid, and we should rephrase the proposal before presenting it again.

The people have spoken, and there's no reason not to change it considering the excellent suggestions offered by members (such as andylegate's). Though I had no problem with the original, the people did, and that's what's important.

Yup, Assistant Councilors should vote on this one too.
I Reject as well, because I agree that the concerns raised by the members are valid, and we should rephrase the proposal before presenting it again.
Remember that since the poll ended up as "Accept" that we now have:
Accept Votes: 2 (Result from poll)
Reject Votes: 5 (me, Paradox, Hoikas, Aloys, Kato)
Not voted yet: 2 (Bad, Pryftan)
Basically this means that the proposal is Rejected, even if Bad and Pryftan vote to Accept.

I reject it as well.
I agree with all the above statements.
I believe this vote proves that when the community speaks the council listens.
