Poll: Approve Branan has Guild Councilor

This is an informal "no-objections" poll of the representatives to approve Branan as the new Guild Councilor of Human Relations. There is no quorum, and the decision will be made by a simple majority (51% of voters must approve). This poll will run for the standard 5 days.
