Given your back story this place would have been constructed when there were lots of age writers at the hight of D'ni society so big is not an issue.

The place does have an old D'ni feel to it as for twisty corridors and tunnels I have been working on that. Enobmort and Noidrocca on the ULM are both tunnelled areas I don't know how they would work with a texture change.

I'm improving it more every day! I have pictures that I took while making my age today! (They're in order of features I added)

I had to redo the pillars in my age due to them having an extremely high face count (trust me, it was HUGE). I made new pillars that twist, then go straight up. The awesome thing about them is that they are only 64 faces each pillar, where as last time, it was about 1000 per pillar X_x

Then I also got around to changing the floor texture of the ceiling and floors (hallways) throughout the age.

And, I finally got the lighting done :D :D :D I also added abstract globe structures into the Gallery. What is really cool about the globes, is that they rotate :D

You don't have to take everything I say as absolute wisdom... :)

By the way, your map shows quite well what I meant by "rectangular".

Well done, Jamey! A great deal of care and hard work has gone into this. :)

I'm looking forward to visiting it (I hope maintainers will be welcome too).
