Looks nice :)

However, isn't that a bit high-poly for such a tiny object?
I prefer e-mails to "diafero arcor de" (after adding the at and the dot) over PMs.

Quartz = Crystals

Well, I don't know how big it is supposed to be without an avatar or another scale next to it. I kind of assumed this was to meant 10cm at maximum. Obviously, this is a really giant one :D

I guess it depends on how big you want them, you could have an age of giant crystal or a small cluster of them growing out of a wall or sitting on a desk. after all what a cavern without crystal's growing all over the place

Could you post pics of the wireframes? I am definately interested in using something similar to these in the age I'm writing. They both look really good! Problem is, they look like resource hogs - although I'm sure they could be cleaned up or even redesigned. ;)
