Short Sample

Here is a short little piece that I wrote for my friends who were doing a short movie of Shirley Jackson's "The Lottery" for a school assignment.
It is very short, but I was wondering if I could get some feedback about the style and overall impressions on the piece.

That's pretty good. I love classic stuff like that but I really wish it was longer.

I really, really like that. You might try sustaining the pedal note in the opening, particularly between the 3rd and 4th notes, but other than that, I can't think of any criticisms. Granted, that doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot. ;)
