Well I understand the principles of animation totally because I do it all the time in other 3D apps. However, getting these textures to animate correctly seems to be a black art right now. When I was getting the 'snapping' before, I was actually using the latest release of the script files. But now, I can't even get the texture to animate at all, no matter what values I use. Something's broken, so I think I'll have to delete my object and start all over again :(

I had to delete my age from the vault to get texture animations to work. In the sav\***\current\ folder.

EDIT: And after all that... transparency doesn't seem to work correctly with animated textures.

The Art is a fickle creature :) After 5 hours of some shut-eye, a new object and D'Lanor's suggestion of deleting the Age's .sav file and everything seems to be animating just perfectly. I haven't done a single thing differently, so I'll have to assume that deleting the .sav file is probably the key component to success. Worth bearing in mind in future... thanks!

Hmm... Well I've been trying to figure out moving textures, but no matter how acuratly I follow the tutorial, I can't figure out how to get it to work, it never seems to move when I export it to URU...
