question about sitting regions/seat height

How high do seats need to be when it comes to sit regions? Like if I want to create a stationary bench or even something moving with seats.

at the moment we don't have sitting regions yet, so I can't tell..
One day I ran through the cleft for the fiftieth time, and found that uru held no peace for me anymore.
