Let me help you guys guess what it does. :)

Footprints need to have have this set (forced in pyprp) so they do not flicker.

Well, I don't know exactly what it does but I think It means that it's rendered on top of everything (something like that).
Currently getting some ink on my hands over at the Guild Of Ink-Makers (PyPRP2).

Hmm, I stopped the flickering of my footprints with ZTransp, not with Zoffs. Not sure what the preferred method would be. Whatever works for your age I guess.
