Yes.

Something else to note, if you don't want your sound files in the same folder as your .blend file.
1. Create a subfolder somewhere. Move the sound files into there.
2. Drag down the top panel in Blender, click the File Paths button.
3. Set the Sounds path to the subfolder.
4. Save and reload, export.

I did make sure to check the sounds path while hunting for the sound file. I wonder if you can just set it to your URU's sfx folder?

Yep - it works! Now you don't have to even mess with WAV files; just put your OGG files directly in URU's sfx folder, and set your blend file's sound path to the sfx folder.
