Texturing Issue

Postby Tyion » Sun Aug 24, 2008 11:28 am

Ok so in my oh so fun trail and error days with Blender I have hit that oh so fimilar wall of WHAT THE HECK IS IT THAT I;M DOING WRONG! At least in the Texuturing Area. See my problem is blender keeps telling me my Mesh;s have no Face Texture Values applied! so my question is-where did I go wrong?!

Everybody get that one. :)

It's pyPRP that complains and not Blender, I believe and it means that one (or more) of your meshes has a face (or several :9) that has no UV coordinates. Even if you have unwrapped the whole mesh, it doesn't count until you have assigned the surfaces a texture for editing (via the pop-up selector in the UV/image editor toolbar - all selected faces gets the texture you pick).
