Deforming multiple objects at once

If you feel like you're up to the challenge of building your own Ages in Blender or 3ds Max, this is the place for you!

Ok let's just follow this down the logical extension of the path you are describing.

All code related stuff belongs in a Python Wiki

All graphic conversion stuff belongs in a Studio 3DMax or Bryce Wiki

All RAD stuff belongs on GoMA

Lightmaps that's Blender. Ladders using Scripts Oh thats Python as well. ;)

I know this is pedantic but surely anything that can possibly contribute to building ( writing ) an age belongs either in the Wiki even if this is only a link to some other Wiki or place.

If there is an issue with the size of the Wiki then let's discuss it.

When I first started Age building the Wiki was my primary resource there's still stuff I am finding new or sometimes not finding thats useful and not there.

Let's be consistent guys if its useful to age writing let's at least put in a pointer and a reference. And be wary of references and links can sometimes break. ;)

I still consider myself a Noob let's try and stop our Experts behaving as the term sometimes implies that being an Ex is a has-been and a Spurt is drip under pressure. :D

What part of "separate section" did you not understand? The main page of the wiki is a mess. If I am looking for PyPRP related stuff I have to wade through a whole bunch of links about modeling which I don't care about.

I don't know why you mention Python because the wiki hardly has any information about it, even though that is an essential part of age building. Yes, Python is another subject that should have its own separate section as well. Ladders? Nope, that is not Python. It is pure Alcscript. Often Alcscript and Python do work together though so a total separation could be difficult.

I seem to remember someone was volunteering to reorganize the wiki some time ago. Whatever became of that?

I am not rely bothered if this winds up in the Wiki or not it was only a suggestion.

I personally don't object to a wade now and again and if I eventually find what I am after I feel rather pleased.

I know what you are on about the Wiki is a jumble but most of what an age builder needs is in there. It would be sweet organized by some tidy taxonomy but ten minutes after you finished someone would add a new link and it would be back on the road to chaos. :D Chaos not being of necessity a bad thing clouds and snowflake shapes both being born of chaos.

I don't want separation I was just trying irony to point out separation would leave us with little left and that having all our stuff in one place may be untidy but it does make for a handy box to rummage in. :D
